For the Financial Assistance and Fund Management System for SMNHS Cycle of Love and Giving

1. Use of the System

This System is for Sponsors, Students, Donors, and Admins to manage financial support and donations for SMNHS students. You agree to follow these rules and applicable instructions when using the System.

2. Creating an Account

Users (Sponsors, Students, Donors, Admins) need an account to use the System. You must provide correct information and keep your account details safe. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

3. Who Can Use the System

Sponsor: An individual that gives money to the fund.

Student: A student of SMNHS who needs financial help.

Donor: Anyone who contributes money to the fund.

Admin: SMNHS staff who manage the System and funds.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the System (such as text, images, and logos) is owned by the creators responsible for the System. You cannot copy, change, or share the content without permission.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the System is subject to the Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and protect your personal information. By using the System, you agree to how we collect and use your data.

6. What You Can’t Do

Do not give false information. Do not harm or misuse the System. Do not misuse funds or break the rules using the System.

7. Use of Funds

Sponsors and Donors: Funds must be used for educational purposes in the Cycle of Love and Giving program.

Students: Funds should only be used for your education as allowed by the program. Misusing funds may result in removal from the program or other consequences.

8. Disclaimers

The System is provided "as is" and may not always be available. SMNHS is not responsible for any problems caused by using the System.

9. Termination of Access

Admin can suspend or end access to the System if users break these rules or misuse the System. Users can ask the Admin to deactivate their account anytime.

10. Changes to Terms

SMNHS can change these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on the website, and the "Effective Date" will be updated.

11. Rules and Guidelines

These Terms are based on the rules set by the creators of the system.
